RETURN/REFUND POLICY FOR CONSULTING SERVICES
At Points of Control, we are committed to providing exceptional consulting services in physical and mental fitness, wealth, and overall wellness coaching. Our goal is to empower you with honest, substantive advice and actionable steps to help you move forward confidently in your personal and professional life.
Refunds: We do not offer refunds for our consulting services. Our experts invest significant effort and time into preparing and delivering personalized advice. However, if you experience serious technical or administrative issues on our end that prevent service delivery, please contact us at grow@pointsofcontrol.com, and we will assess the situation for a potential refund.
Follow-up and Clarifications: To ensure your complete satisfaction, we offer a 24-hour follow-up window after each session. During this time, we invite you to reach out with any questions or requests for clarification related to your consultation. Please note that any new questions or topics outside the original scope of discussion may require the booking of an additional session.
CANCELLATION AND RESCHEDULING
- Cancellations: We understand that schedules can change. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations will not be refunded but may be eligible for store credit applicable to future bookings or other products & services.
- Rescheduling: If you need to reschedule your appointment, we require at least 12 hours notice. You can easily reschedule via the link provided in your confirmation email.
No-Show Policy: If a client fails to show up for a scheduled session without any communication, we reserve the right not to rebook or refund any payments. Our consultants arrange their schedules to be available for your session, and as such, we appreciate your timely and respectful communication regarding any changes.
Expectations of Professionalism: We strive for the highest level of professionalism in all our interactions and expect the same in return from our clients. This mutual respect ensures the most productive and positive outcomes for the services we provide.

POC COACHING RETURNS & REFUNDS POLICY
Welcome to the Points of Control 1-on-1 Coaching, a special partnership we offer with Jordan. Please read our Returns & Refunds Policy carefully to understand your rights and responsibilities as a member.
CANCELLATIONS
We understand that situations change, and you may need to cancel our partnership. Here’s what you need to know:
- Cancellations: You can cancel your membership at any time.
- Billing and Access: Once you cancel, your current membership will remain active until the end of the billing cycle. No further billing will occur after your cancellation. We do not offer immediate, prorated, retroactive, or other types of cancellations.
REFUNDS
Due to the valuable time and effort provided by Points of Control Coaching, we do not issue refunds.
CLASSES PURCHASED
Classes purchased through Points of Control are available indefinitely unless changes are put into place with warning beforehand.
- Changes to Access: We reserve the right to implement a sunset date for any classes with at least 30 days notice.
- Account Closure: If you close your account with us, you will forfeit access to all purchased classes and membership perks.
CONTENT USE AND SHARING
- No Downloads or Sharing: We do not allow the downloading or sharing of our content. All materials are for personal use only and must remain within the Points of Control platform.
